ABOUT PROCARE

At the PROCARE 2010 Fair; we planned an organization where our knowledgeable, experienced and expert staff will take your load off; and where you can successfully attend your meetings and take care of your business at a very spacious and refreshing setting. This special fair concept was designed keeping in mind the needs of our valuable participants and the visitors who want to see the participants’ products.

At our PROCARE 2010 fair which will be held at Kervansaray Lara Convention Center between December 16 and December 19, 2010;

Hair dressers, Barbers, Beauty Salons (Skin Care Centers) and all the corporations that manufacture / import / market to all the SPA businesses and Dermatologists will be attending as participants. The only targeted audience will be the professionals in this industry.

SERVICES

Exhibition Stands And Modules

In order to create a warm and friendly environment where you can successfully meet and negotiate with all your visitors, we designed two standard stands (luxury stand tower at the corner and at the other side a specifically designed fair stand). We offer three alternative stand sizes which you can chose from and their measurements are 15 m², 20 m² and 30 m². Particulars can be seen in detail in the price table. (Please see Project Plan and Visuals for stand visuals)
- Designed exhibition stands and modules
- Lighting systems that slide (100W per every 3 m²) and a group of outlets
- Carpet coverings (hallway/corridor and inside the stands)
- 1 negotiations table, 4 pairs of guest chairs, 4 pairs of display racks, 1 brochure display rack and 1 glass display counter for the products
- Digital printing applications (digital applications of all the visuals chosen according to the size of the stand and the applications inside the stand belong to our company)
- Stand frontals (Company Name) will be written in one type only. They will be written in white letters (ARIAL font) on a black background
Accomodation Services
- 5 Star all inclusive at Kervansaray Lara Hotel
- Rooms: Ambiance lighting set in accordance with your taste, you will stay 4 nights and 5 days in a building which is designed in the shape of a ‘’U’’, has 5 star deluxe rooms with ocean view along with the careful synergy of aesthetics and comfort (between the dates of December 15 and December 18, 2010)
- Food and beverage section: Kervansaray Lara Hotel, which brings all the world cuisines together for you, along with the Main Restaurant for all kinds of tastes also offers wide range of different cultural tastes with its bars, patisseries, vitamin bars and a lot of other areas
- Various activities: Turkish baths, Jacuzzis, steam baths, saunas, SPA center, fitness center, tennis, basketball and more will be at your services during your stay
Other Services
- Transportation: We have a private shuttle for our participants who want to travel by air and transportation services are provided for airport-hotel-airport transports, with our comfortable latest model vehicles. Attendance will be between December 15 and December 19, 2010.
- Cargo: If you want to send all your materials that you will be introducing / distributing with cargo, we will accept and retain them until they are displayed in your stands. (Cargos are accepted within the dates of December 13 and December 15, 2010)
- Information Services: Will serve the general needs of the participants and the visitors along with their entry and exit controls.
- Media and Public Relations Office: An area reserved for the media/press and is used for promotional activities during the fair.
- Technical Office and Services: All your technical needs during the fair will be fulfilled by our team of experts.
- Free Cafeteria Services To Our Visitors: Our cafeteria, located in the foyer, will host all the guests free of charge with rich variety during their stay.
- Free Parking And Entry For Visitors Of Procare 2010 Fair: Because this is a special fair attended by industry professionals, only the industry professionals can enter and will not be charged a fee. All our parking is free.
- Security and Insurance: We will have 24 hour security personnel available during the fair. There will not be an additional charge for security and insurance. (insurance of the electronic equipments and exhibit products will be the responsibility of the companies that own them).
- Cleaning Services: All the areas will be cleaned continuously by our expert staff during the fair.
- Procare 2010 Guide: The Fair Guide will be distributed to all the participating companies (Fair Catalog is 12 x 20 with glossy colored cover, inside pages in one color; and the companies who want to advertise will be able to advertise in the Guide. Please see the Attendance page for details) and the directory of company lay-out will be distributed to the guests.
- İnternet Services: Wireless internet will be available throughout the fair area and in your rooms.
- Opening Ceremony: The opening of the PROCARE 2010 fair will be on December 16, 2010 and attended by all the participants, Official Protocol (senior bureaucrats of Antalya State) Federation Officials and Chamber Executives along with press and media members.
- Procare 2010 Private Organizations: There will be private presentations that are held in various hours, information meetings, shows and dance performances during the fair. All the details for these organizations will be reported to you as well.

VISITORS

Industry professionals in Turkey will be invited to our fair (you can see all the details in the Introduction section). Aside from the professionals, we have done customary work and had planning efforts with Chambers of 22 states listed below and have identified approximately 5,000 visitors from those 22 states will be attending our PROCARE 2010 fair, traveling by 60 buses (we continue to work with other states). Some states will stay one-day, some overnight and participate in our PROCARE 2010 fair. Participating states and their details are listed below.

Participating states what will stay more than a day: Sector professionals will participate in our fair with total of 45 buses from Isparta (1), Muğla (3), Konya (6), Aydın (4), Adana (5), Aksaray (2), Eskişehir (3), Gaziantep (1), Mersin (2), Kayseri (3), Kütahya (2), Malatya (1), Manisa (2), Nevşehir (1), Niğde (1), Ankara (4) and İzmir (4)
Participating states for one-day only: Sector professionals will participate in our fair with total of 7 buses from Burdur (1), Denizli (2), Afyon (2) and Karaman (2). In addition, in accordance with our plans with the Chambers, we will offer shuttle services to all the industry professionals located in Antalya and its districts and will offer transportation services, within Antalya, to our visitors.
879 Members of the Board at 121 Profession Chambers who are associated with Turkish Federation of Barbers and Hairdressers will also be invited

PROMOTIONS

Because the PROCARE 2010 Fair appeals only to industry professionals, we have planned and organized our activities accordingly

Invitations: 50,000 printed invitations will be sent to the participation companies first. And the distribution to the rest of Turkey will be as follows.
- Targeted 25 State Profession Chambers: 5,000
- Other 56 State Profession Chambers: 10,000
- Chamber of Commerce Offices in Turkey: 7,500
- Professionals in Antalya State and its Districts: 5,000
- Hotel / SPA businesses located in Antalya, Denizli, Muğla and Afyon
- Targeted 25 States with Beauty Salons and SPAs: 2,000
VIP Invitations: Will be sent to the Senior members of protocol in State of Antalya, Federations and relevant Profession Chambers in Turkey (for management staff).
Posters: Total of 1,000 PROCARE 2010 Fair posters will be printed and distributed to the participating companies and relevant profession chambers.
- Profession Chambers: 250

- Heath Directorates of the State: 150
Magazine Ads: In all the magazines addressed to the industry professionals, full-page ads will appear before the fair. And after the fair, news from the fair news and pictures will be published.
Web Portals: Information will be sent to the industry first along with other news portals.
On-line Invitation: Will be activated two months before the Fair and only the industry professional will be able to enter with the on-line invitation obtained from the AFT web site.

PARTICIPATION

Payment Plan: With the agreement, we request a transfer be made, in advance, to one of our accounts, the 25% of the stand cost. The remaining balance will be divided into three equal installments (30-60-90 term) and paid by check. The entire balance must be paid in full by November 26, 2010 at the latest.

2 person accommodations and explanations of all the services are included in the prices listed above. Participation fee will be calculated in accordance with the Turkish Central Bank’s effective selling rate on the date of the agreement.

Fair Catalog: The catalog will be printed in the of 12 x 20, glossy colored cover, inside pages in one color and the companies who want to advertise will be able to advertise in it (preparation of the commercial ads will be responsibility of the companies). The companies that want to use a frame for their advertising must design their ad .50 cm smaller than the page.
